La Manga beach is a magical place to spend time swimming, walking, meditating and relaxing during the retreat.

The mixture of yoga and the treatments left me feeling renewed and refreshed in both body and mind. The workshops were fun and informative and the food, as well as being healthy was super delicious.

I will be back to see those amazing sunsets again!

This retreat has it all!

From the introduction which Claire does before you come, I knew I was going to enjoy it.

The retreat house was set on a beautiful sunny beach in La Manga, Spain. The space was welcoming and we were truly spoilt with beautiful tasty food.

I loved the breakfasts which were a delicious fresh buffet of goodness after a beautiful morning of early morning yoga, breathing and meditation.

We then really enjoyed the variety of treatments spread out through the day interspersed with a swim or a walk if you wished.

Claire and Yvan made us feel so at home and comfortable. I also loved all the amazing variety of herbal teas Claire had on offer.

Ceremonial day was truly transformational for me.

We had a lovely bond within our group and felt a safe space in which to experience.

Excited to return again.

The mushroom ceremony was thoughtfully explained in detail. We had an opening ceremony which created a safe and supportive environment where I felt truly held. We drank the mushroom tea, which was surprisingly tasty. Yvan exudes a calm, balanced energy that is deeply comforting, while Claire brings a unique combination of organisation and intuition that ensures everything flows seamlessly. The ceremony was an amazing experience.

The food was outstanding—delicious meals complemented by an abundance of herbal teas. I particularly enjoyed the sunrise yoga and meditation sessions on the beach, with a strong focus on Conscious Breathing that deepened the experience and was invaluable during the ceremony. Being encouraged to swim in the sea daily was a highlight for me; it was invigorating and added a special connection to nature.
